Personal Travel Insurance Cover
Single trip
Insurance cover for a single, specified trip.
Long stay
Cover for a single trip when the duration of the trip is between
186 days and 366 days. This cover is available for customers
aged between 16 and 35 years of age.
Multi-trip
Personal travel insurance cover for any number of trips .
Multi-trip allows you to choose the maximum length of each
trip from 31, 45 and 60 days.
Additional Options:

Winter sports, including
off-piste skiing, snowboarding and more.
•
Business equipment cover whilst you are
away from home doing managerial or clerical work or other
non-manual work.
•
Excess waiver: (Where the additional premium
for excess waiver is paid, there will be no excess deducted
from a claim under the sections marked*.) If required, this
must be bought by all insured people when you take out your
travel insurance policy.
•
Personal belongings exclusion: If your
household insurance covers personal belongings away from home,
you can exclude this section and reduce your premium by 15%.
•
Cancellation exclusion: If you wish to
exclude this section then deduct 10% from your premium.

This is the standard is cover with effect from July

European Motoring Assistance
Can be added to your policy
Provides cover in the event of a breakdown of your vehicle
on its way to a destination abroad or whilst abroad. In the
event of a breakdown, your vehicle will either be fixed at
the roadside by a contractor or recovered to a local garage
for repair or, if this is not possible, the costs of overnight
accommodation or an alternative form of transport (subject
to the limits below) will be covered by the policy.
This section is available on its own or as an addition to
the personal travel cover, depending on your needs.
Caravan cover – for an additional premium you can also include
your caravan or trailer in the European Motoring Assistance
cover.
